“I was searching for a complex after having a bad experience applying with another place. Sam was awesome within a week or so I was able to apply, get approved, and get into my apartment. I got a two bedroom. It’s so spacious with new appliances. The complex is big so you have privacy, tons of trees . The buildings are older, but the units are remodeled. The pool is awesome. “I have had difficulty with the original installation company to get service for my porch lift. I saw 101 mobility recommended on Nextdoor so what did I have to lose. I gave them a try. They requested pictures of the entire unit along with the serial number, which I sent. They promptly made an appointment (unfortunately the first one was not convenient for me as I would be in the hospital having surgery). However, I really needed this fixed as… walking steps during recovery would be dangerous. They came out and IMMEDIATELY identified the first issue and had the lift in motion in seconds. I also mentioned the safety plate had been disconnected which concerned me. In no time the y had that addressed as well. And, wouldn’t you know it, there was never a permit pulled. This was dine in 2017. They had proactively pulled the permit and got us up and running legally! The repair fees were very reasonable with the additional fee for pulling the permit a bit more they were prompt, kept me informed, professional, and knowledgable. I felt so confident I have asked them to put me on a yearly maintenance contract. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your stair lift or porch lift needs. I would give ten stars if they were available! They also answer the phone every time I have called with a real person who understands the systems!”Read MoreRead Less

“Let me start by saying childcare is not an easy field to work in or manage. All 3 of my grandchildren are cared for here and Ms. Shya and Ms. Karen are a God send my grandchildren love them both and they do an amazing job. My experience has not been anything but great. In reading the negative comment below all I would like to say is be careful of the dog that’s bringing you the bone. I’ve watched as employees are given grace and when things don’t… go their way and they find themselves without employment through their own fault, they are quick to try and discredit and throw people under the bus. “Both my children started attending Willows last year and it has been a wonderful experience. The swim program during the summer is amazing – both kid took formal swim lessons elsewhere but the swim skills they have learned and their confidence in the water have improved drastically since starting swim lessons at Willows this summer. Maddie, Ty, and Nick do a wonderful job teaching swim lessons to young kids. Both kids love their teachers. Ms.… Carleigh, Ms. Abi, and Ms. Soraya have been amazing for my oldest. He started at Willows after a less structured curriculum elsewhere, so he started behind some of his classmates. He learned so much this year from these teachers, in a safe and fun environment and went from being afraid to try to write, to writing notes to his friends at home to bring to school. “I received several quotes for installation of a chairlift. Mobility 101 gave quotes for several different brands and I selected the Harmar chair. It offered more features at a very competitive price . I particularly like the automated retractable rail at the lower level. All representatives were polite and helpful. The installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with the Harmar chair and with Mobility 101to date.”
